Originally, I moved into The Palm in 2020 and gave it 5 stars because it was wonderful at first.
Now that I've moved on... My review is the same ! This property is so well maintained. Requests are responded to on time, they work hard to keep the landscaping nice. There are a lot of dogs on the premises so they wash down the pavement once a week. It always felt clean. The neighbors were friendly, and overall it felt pretty safe. My only complaint would be technical issues with the call box (but tbh, everyone I know with a callbox has issues).
I had my first two babies in this Complex (shoutout to all of my moms with 2 under 2!) , so when the time came to upgrade on space, I eagerly chose another Moss & Company managed property.
