Paula, the property manager, is incredibly fair, understanding, and kind. She knows how to set expectations, communicates clearly, and is very accommodating where she can be. She is always approachable and follows up and is very responsive to all my questions and concerns. For someone like myself, who admittedly has high standards, Paula consistently meets or exceeds them. The property is kept clean around the clock, is well-maintained, and has been updated throughout--it is a charming upscale fusion of Spanish mission style and mid-century chic. I am a new resident and can already tell it will be a pleasure to live here.
