We were in a rush to find a place when UCLA housing fell through. So glad we found this apartment complex! Our unit is clean, well furnished with everything one needs to just "move in and live" - love the roof top pool, work out facilities and the secure entry way to the building. In addition this apartment complex is located in a pretty safe neighborhood with UCLA, Target, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods all within 10-15min walking distance. Loved chatting with Carole - she answered questions patiently and kindly. JC Romero - what a gem! He walked us through the rental paper work and the actual move in with so much patience, professionalism and a great smile to boot. Also appreciated that JC answers emails so promptly.

I only have good things to say about Westwood Village Apartments. I moved in when I was a UCLA student in 2021 and never wanted to leave! I have always felt safe and well taken care of by the whole management team (JC, Paula, Carol). They are friendly, kind, and take the time to get to know you. It is clear that they prioritize the residents' happiness and security. My personal favorite is the water/tea/coffee bar in the lobby. The building itself has amazing vibes; it's clean, peaceful, and was recently renovated. I have never had an issue with noise when studying for a final or getting good sleep after work!

Im doing a short term rental and everyone has been incredibly kind and helpful! I got a fully furnished apartment and its perfect for what I need, and has everything and then some. The apartment is close to everything and has great walk-ability. And the management really shines at this apartment! JC is super charismatic and bubbly, came in on their day off to help out and let me into the apartment, give me a full tour and took time to ensure that I was all set to go! Carole is incredibly sweet and helpful, and Paula worked with me directly for almost two weeks to make sure I could get have this apartment ready, and she was always available. The way everyone has treated me makes me wish I could stay here much longer!

I lived there for 13 months. The location is great, apartment size is good and the price is reasonable, management office is awesome. Only 2 cons, 6 of the 13 months there were renovating the entire building, so it was a challenge. And last, the amount that they took out of my deposit after leaving was a bit exaggerated knowing that 1 of the walls needed some work. Learned my lesson have to be more careful with adhesive strips. In general, it was a good experience and I bet when they finish renovating will be even better.
