I lived here my senior year of college, and absolutely loved it. Only downfall is it is far from campus- you need to drive or take the bus, but that is a given when you sign the place. There are nature trails behind the property and across Abbott that are great to walk on. The rent is not a bad price at all comparing places nearby or even farther from campus. It is very quiet, and one of my favorite things is the walls are thick enough to where you can't hear neighbors talking/music. Trash is easily accessible, there are dumpsters all over the property that do not overflow. Maintenance is great, they have came very quickly whenever I had an issue (within a day or two.) Parking is free which is GREAT, sometimes I had issues finding a spot especially later at night, but management is well aware and takes measures to make sure only people who are residents are parking there, so I had few issues with parking. For the most part parking is not an issue. Another great thing is laundry is FREE! This was amazing the whole year and although the washers and dryers are a little older, I never had any issues with it. Free gym (although small) and clubhouse are great as well. Another thing I loved is management did giveaways on their instagram all the time, and events for the residents that made this place feel like a community. I could not recommend this place enough if you are looking for a cheaper, quiet place to stay.

Ive been living at the Quarters for two years now and renewed my lease for a third year! I had lived at two apartment complexes prior to the Quarters and neither of them can compare! I love the layouts that they offer, the affordable rent, and all the engagement/prizes that the office offers! By far, my favorite part of this community is the accommodation. The office staff encourage feedback and are more than willing to make your stay with them more enjoyable! The complex is clean, quiet, and an amazing apartment complex to stay with!

I absolutely LOVE the quarters. It is affordable and the apartments are in good condition. I like how the laundry room is set up because you can do a couple loads in a short amount of time. It would be nice if we were a little closer to Grand River, but for the price, all of the giveaways, and amenities the apartment complex offers, it is worth it!

I absolutely love the quarters! The workers take their time to get to know you and learn your name and are so personable! I love my apartment and the amenities are amazing i use their 24 hour clubhouse all the time. 10/10 recommend renting here :)
