I would like to share that my husband and I had a great experience living in the Village Dakota. From Day 1 when we applied to the day we moved out, we had nothing but an above and beyond service. We had no reason to submit frequent maintenance requests since this complex is new, but a couple of times we submitted them, they were completed promptly without any issues. All of the ladies in the leasing office are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. hey truly care about your experience with the Village and go above and beyond to accommodate you with your request/inquiry. I've lived in many apartment complexes in the DFW area, but the Village is the only one that has truly impressed me in every aspect. The only reason we moved out is because we were able to find another unit within the Village with our dream view and needed a bigger space. Otherwise we would have stayed at Dakota until we're ready to purchase a house because this complex is one of the best to call home in the meantime. We 100% recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live!

My fiance and I moved here Nov 2016 and so far our stay here has been pretty awesome. The complex is beautiful, the trees blossom beautifully in the spring, and another set of trees blossom similarly at the start of summer. I've never had a negative experience with the staff at the front office, and the maintenance team is also very nice and helpful. We've usually had maintenance completed within a day or two, and they have 24hr maintenance for emergencies like A/C or heater. Only complaint is that the staff at the front office are almost too nice.

I will say the lighting in the apartments could leverage a little more LED and environmentally friendly lighting. Seemed like once a month, we had to get a light replaced. #earth
