It is in an up and coming neighborhood and the area is changing fast. You can walk to the DART station (1 stop to Zoo, 2 stops to downtown), Santa Fe trailhead (bicycle and running trail, birdwatching), children's playground and others. We are a young family and walk many places together and use the DART from time to time.
