Great 1 bed 1 bath in Oaklawn, It’s the Essence on Maple building and it is only a 1 year old building. Amenities are great, peloton and full gym with yoga studio. Great pool setup and huge clubhouse. Apartment is near elevator so moving in and out is easy. Parking is included and is garage secured. 24 hour security guard always checking the perimeter. I love he apartment and would never move if I wasn’t moving out of town. Move in date is flexible to be anytime in January or February. Lease is good until November 31, 2021. Also if you decide to renew you will get the discounted rate I have instead of the listed price (~$1,700)
