Just a few blocks from the Short North/Italian Village area. The Jeffrey Manufacturing Company was the world's leading producer of mining, convening and heavy industrial equipment for nearly 100 years. Two unique structures make up the project. The original world headquarters building, now The Jeffrey, built in 1924, and its adjacent Research & Development building, now known as The Metal Works.
Floor-to-ceiling marble in The Jeffrey's Grand Lobby echoes greatness from 73 years ago. True to its origins, the Metal Works has been re-engineered to capture the form and function of raw, industrial loft space. Polished concrete flooring and original steel beams anchor its raw industrial surroundings. We also offer early morning coffee, gated parking, electronic guest entry, fob access, 24 hour fitness center, 24 hour tanning bed, roof deck, wireless internet in the lobby, spa showers, basic cable, is included!
