We really suggest you go to the property to take a look first, we can meet you there and show you this Duplex. After you view the property, if you want to submit the application, then we may give you the application form to fill out, but we require $45 application fee for each adult to check your background, credit, and rental history. Once we get those results, we will make our decision in 2 or 3 business days and tell you the decision very quickly. At last, if we both agree to sign the lease, we also require at least one month rent as security deposit plus first month rent to move in, which is at least $3000- but for applicants who have some background issue, or low credit or rental history problem, we require TWO month rent as security deposit plus 1st month rent to move in if we still approve the application. Also we require the monthly income is at least 3 times the monthly rent, which means the monthly income should be over $4500 (Sometime we may be a little flexible).
Also, pets are allowed with pet fee with landlord's permission.
