One off street parking space is included and is located directly in front of the home. Small dogs may be negotiated with a $250/pet fee, and must be approved by the homeowner!
In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $450 upon signing the lease agreement.
