Enter through the front door into the main foyer. To the left is the inviting and comfortable living room. Here you will find a comfortable seating arrangement with a sofa and two chairs, a large Smart TV, and a gorgeous decorative fireplace. To the right is the elegant dining room. With a dining table with seating for six people, high ceilings, and another fireplace, this is the perfect space to entertain or host friends and family! Just beyond the dining room is the kitchen. Here you will find loads of countertop and cabinet space, stainless steel appliances, a spacious pantry, another large dining table, perfect for enjoying a home cooked meal, and direct access to your patio. Bring your dining al fresco and enjoy the beautiful Charleston weather! There is also a half bathroom on this level for your convenience.

On the second floor you will find the first of the guest bedrooms, featuring a King size bed, decorative fire place, Smart TV, and full bathroom. The bathroom is split in two with the shower on one side of the fireplace, and the toilet on the other. There is also a large closet and dresser in this room. The expansive master suite features a luxurious king size bed, decorative fireplace, smart TV, large closet with a washer/dryer, and an en suite bathroom with tile shower and soaking tub! Continue through the master and you are in the home office. In this secluded space you will find a desk and chair to accommodate all of your work from home needs! There is also a twin size day bed, with a twin size trundle perfect for relaxing or hosting additional guests. There is another full size bathroom off of this space as well. From this level you can access the piazza where you will find an adorable porch swing and rocking chairs!

On the top floor is the two additional guest bedrooms, and full size bathroom. The first of the two bedrooms features a Queen size bed, comfortable chair and a window seat overlooking John Street. The other bedroom features a Twin size day bed, with a Twin size trundle. This is the perfect kids room! These two bedrooms share the hall bathroom.

Parking for three small cars is provided in the driveway. Please note this can be tight! There is also a Tesla high speed charger available for guest use! Dogs under 50 pounds can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee. No more than two dogs will be allowed at once!

In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $650 upon signing the lease agreement.

All guests staying with Duvet Homes have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston. Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.
Day Passes are available at the following rates (pre-purchase only):
- Complimentary: Oct 15th - Apr 14th
- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th
- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday
- $50 per person: Saturdays

Any group exceeding 6 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 6+ rent a Cabana.

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.

*Please also note that Duvet Homes is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff.*

Other Things To Note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
