I recently moved here from Illinois and I have to say that I could not have made a better choice!! My leasing agent Taylor was very helpful every step of the way. I never got to see my apartment before moving in but she assured me that I would love it, and she was right! The fitness center is one of the best that I have seen at any of the other local apartment communities. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They do community events on the weekends where you can meet your neighbors and I have made some new friends. The french toast breakfast was definitely a life changer!! I would like to thank the entire staff for making my move to Texas such a smooth transition. It really does feel like home.

I recently just moved here to go to school and I couldn't be more pleased with what I've experienced so far. The university is so close, as well as a bunch of stores. Everything is in close proximity and the neighborhood is great and in such a calm area! My leasing agent Jessica Has helped and guided me through everything I needed in order to get my apartment! Its my first time I'm on my own and she and the staff have been extremely helpful! They don't hesitate to help you when you have questions. Would definitely recommend moving here!

I have lived at Vine for close to one year now. All I can say is wow! The apartment is updated with modern styling and great appliances. I have a one bedroom, yet it is very roomy with high ceilings. The Vine is in close proximity to grocery stores, the ballpark, AT&T Stadium, Six Flags, DFW Airport and the River Legacy Park, which is totally amazing for anyone walking, running or biking. The Vine apartments and it's manicured grounds are great, but the greatest thing about Vine is the people. Jessica, my leasing agent is absolutely amazing! The first day I walked into the leasing office, Jessica greeted me warmly and made me feel very comfortable. She showed me the exact apartment I would be leasing and walked me through the leasing process quickly and efficiently. Jessica has been extremely helpful when I had questions. She always has an awesome smile and addresses your issues right then and there. Overall, I could not be more pleased with the Vine property and more over the people. If you are searching for your next home, check out Vine. I am confident you will love the property and most definitely love the staff!

It has truly been a blessing leaving here at the Vine. My family loves the quietness, the friendly staff and they are always open to help. Even when there are issues, the maintenance staff resolve the matters quickly. I believe what I have enjoyed the most is the cares team on the property. Donnelly and Megan are such a wonderful couple. The events and the food is always wonderful. The Cares Team is a great asset to this community to bring everyone together is amazing. Thanks again for all you do.

I moved in here November 2016. I started off with the 734 square ft partially upgraded. I loved my apartment, especially the bay window in the bedroom. Everyone in the office is really nice. I upgraded to the loft in aug 2017 and I love this apt even more. I ended up losing my job, and was having a really tough time getting my rent paid each month. Although I should have been evicted a long time ago Jessica worked with me to the fullest extent possible. I really appreciated all the leniency that was given. Unfortunately, I now have to move out due to being entirely too behind on my account. But anyone reading this should definitely move here. Every time I put in a maintenance request they come by the end of the day or in a few hours. The upgrades are beautiful! The only thing I didnt like is that if you come home too late at night, parking is almost impossible to find.

I have loved living here. Just now, I was concerned that a package was left on my porch and one of the employees was kind enough to get a key, unlock my door, and slide my package inside. The employees have consistently been helpful, kind, and accommodating. Also, maintenance is so amazing. They handle requests super promptly and efficiently. The complex backs up to River Legacy park and there is a private entrance to the park. I love it!!! Lately, I have been working out in the fitness center and canceled my gym membership because their fitness center is just as good as any gym, plus it is closer and now I am not paying a gym fee. Love it so much! Great place to live.

Been a part of their community for almost 3 years now. The remodel turned out awesome. Inside and out. The maintenance staff has been good about work orders. Neighbors are nice. Mostly keep to themselves. I love the office staff! Always super nice and friendly. It's been an overall good experience.

When I first moved here the previous management was far better than the new ones they have today, including the leasing agents they're horrible except for the guy. If you have a maintenance issue, it takes a long time to get it fix, I'm still currently waiting for them to fix a hole in the ceiling that they created (months) also parking lot gets super pack at night, but I will say that the apt complex is really nice no issues with that. Just wished they were more efficient with fixing maintenance issues promptly, like when they expect the tenants to pay for rent on time.

This apartment complex is amazing. Great place to call home. The staff here is Friendly, the property is well manatained, and my neighbors are great. The grounds here are well kept, and there are many amenities to choose from. I love it here. Also they have a wonderful dog park, 24 hour gym, tennis court volleyball court, and an entrance to Katy trail which stretches over 14 miles. I love this place

I Love the VINE apartments an I'm pretty picky when it comes to where I live! I moved here from Austin TX. and i had been up here about 6months already looking for the right apartments to move to, When i came across VINE, and I met Nathan he was So.... detailed & made me feel welcomed! he literally jumped through HOOPS to make sure I got the apartment I wanted he kept me informed & handed me my keys with a smile on his face & said "I told you , I would get you in what you wanted'! NATHAN Hunty you are the Best, You are the very reason I wouldn't want to live any where else, as well as the Other ladies in the office the Customer Service is A1!! Nathan THANK YOU THANK YOU !!!!!

I've been living at this property since April. I have the one bedroom Loft; the layout is very nice. The management and leasing team have excellent customer service. In addition, the maintenance team and Courtesy Officer answer calls for service promptly. The property has monthly community events that often includes free food! Vine Apartments is well kept. It offers a large dog park, Tennis Courts, Sand Volleyball Court, Fitness Center, trail entrance to River Legacy Park, and Laundry Facility.

In one year, so many great improvements.I love the fitness center because the event planners (Megan and Don) are going to make me fat.The office staff is always efficient, welcoming and helpful. My husband, myself and our pup have been living here for almost a year. The moment we met with Jessica, we loved her. She was extremely (and still is) accommodating, honest, personable, and just has an overall great personality and attitude. All the reviews about the leasing staff and maitence is true.. they're top notch. Anything we've needed, they are there quickly and have good attitudes when something goes wrong.. which is very rare. We will reccomend The Vine to anyone who asks. You don't find many leasing agents that make every single interaction a great one, that's a fantastic quality we have here. It's been pleasant this year, and we look forward to signing rent. PS our staff is wonderful at sending out notices when anything is happening within our community... the communication skills are A+.

Great property. So many new renovations happening which keeps the property looking top notch. Maintenance are always quick to help out and show up when called. Great new gym, wish during the summer the pool would have been cleaned and maintained better though! When we first viewed this apartment 2 years ago we met Jessica, she made a great first impression and was literally the biggest motivator to get us to sign the lease. She was accommodating, friendly and extremely helpful. We turned down many previous apartments because of how rude and impolite the staff were. So dealing with Jessica was refreshing. Even after all this time she's still always giving us quality service. Another exceptionally great feature that gets us to renew our lease all the time is the CARES team. They have fun community building events regularly. Incredibly friendly and wonderful people! They make the living experience here great! Donnelly and Megan are the best! Apartment itself is a good size. Love our view. Good appliances

I lived in this apartment complex for two years between 2014 and 2016 I left just before the name was changed to Vine and the rooms were renovated. Overall, I enjoyed the time we spent here. The floor plans are very large compared to most apartments I have seen and the office staff was always kind and responsive. I never personally experienced anything that made me feel unsafe, but know that it is not the greatest part of town and the police/EMS showed up more often than the apartments Ive been in since. The proximity to the park behind it is one of its best features. I wish that we would have gone to the park more often.

We've lived here a few weeks and are loving this place so far. The apartments are great, with updated appliances and really nice finishes and countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms. There is an entrance to River Legacy Trail on the property which is super cool. What really prompted me to review is how wonderful the staff is. Nathan at the leasing office in particular has been super helpful to us, but everyone we've dealt with here has been just great. I put in a maintenance request for a problem with our dishwasher and I, as a jaded apartment dweller, was expecting to wait for like a week before anyone came out to check on it. Nope, they called us almost immediately after I submitted my request and came out to check on the problem. I am beyond impressed by how well Vine is run.

I have lived at The Vine for 10 months now, and it has been the best Apartment living experience I have ever had. Beyond the property being well kept, and the amazing views from the hilltop on down. I haven't had any major issues within my actual apartment unit, and can tell they used quality materials when getting a unit ready for a new tenant. The staff is amazing from top to bottom, all willing to go the extra mile for their residence. Whether it's by throwing gatherings for tenants, our simply showing empathy for a situation a tenant is going through. The staff is always there willing to lend support, or suggest a solution. Jessica, the ASM is by far the best Apartment management personnel I have ever had at a property I've lived on. She is always on top of what needs to be done, very open and honest, and extremely professional, but caring. Jessica, Tara, and the Staff will be the reason I continue to call The Vine my home, when it's time for me to sign my next lease.

The best part about living at vine are the leasing agents! These guys are so welcoming and ready to help with a whatever we need. Yesterday our water accidentally got cut off by a meter and my wife had class in 20 minutes. In the time that it took us to go up to the office and speak with Taylor and go back home our water was already back on and my wife was able to make it to her class on time. Taylor even gave us a courtesy call to make sure it wasn't still giving us trouble.

I lived here for 2 years before moving in July 2017. I saw the apartment transition from one management to the current one (Knightvest). I must say I really enjoyed living here during the 2 years I was able to be here. The staff has been very good even with the transition they were still very helpful. Jessica is a great asset to the office staff and is great to work with if you have any questions or concerns. They were even helpful after I moved out when some packages and mailed that ended up at the office after I left. The location of these apartments are great and they are really building up the local area. The prices are not super high and you get great amount of space especially for a one bedroom. No apartment complex is perfect but I had a good experience and got to know the staff. The maintenance team is stronger as well and they are quick with their turnaround time and better with their communication about repairs. I recommend this property

If you want to be stress free, please don't try these apartments. They're very careless of their tenants, it takes them weeks to come fix an issue that is considered an emergency. They don't talk to neighbors who disturbs the other neighbors. They charge you $75 for one day of late fees, like for what I've lived in luxurious apartments and $30 or $35 fee, but this place where everything falls out of place 3days after moving in, oh please don't come live here. I've tried being patient with them, but enough is enough these have been the worst 6months I've ever had at any apartment complex, 6 more months until my lease is up. I would be a bad human being to recommend this place to anyone.

When you have a problem with your place they take forever to come fix whenever that's wrong 3. They have a weird way to charge late fees and they don't have a way to drop off the rent overnight 4. Makes you feel like they don't care or respect you at all. And a lot of poeple keeps on moving out. I am here just because I don't wanna break my lease and have to pay fees for that 5. My move in transition was pretty rough. I started the process with an agent who was fired almost immediately after i got approved for my apt. Everything the office advised me was completely different from what I was initally told by agent who was fired. Not to mention it took me 3 weeks to get cable/internet services due to no wires being installed once the apts were remodeled. It is very difficult to get an leasing agent on tthe be phn. You have to call abt 10 times to get an answer. I have complained to the care team about my neighbors smoking pot, which constantly comes through my vents leaving a terrible smell in my home and causing me headaches from the strong scent. I assume nothing has bn done because its an everyday thing thats still happening. Other than the rough transition, no one answering the phones and constant scent of weed in my home, the apartments are great. The property is really clean. They are almost done with a really nice fitness center, awesome tennis court and sand volleyball. It has a trail into River Legacy Park. All updated appliances (stainless steel & black). The neighborhood is pretty quiet and seem like most neighbors are working class families. I will say overall I am satisfied with my choice to move here.

I moved into this apartment complex while it was under different management. Everything was fine then, but now, trying to get the new management team to do anything is a headache. Our air conditioner stopped working properly last summer. It leaked for 2 months from the cieling before we were able to get them to fix it. They fixed the leak, but never fixed the issue of it not cooling properly. There was also excessive water damage to the cieling caused by the leak, and despite them saying they would fix it once it dried, they never did. Fast forward to today. Ceilings starting to mold and rot. Put in a request to look at AC unit again because it still isn't cooling properly. Maintenance guy shows up, sticks his hand under the vent, replaces the filter and leaves. Put in another request about the cieling. Maintenance guy shows up. Pokes mold with his finger and says he needs to go get his tools and leaves for over an hour. I go to the office to ask if he plans on coming back, and they tell me that there might have been an emergency he had to tend to. I say that I'm pretty sure black mold is an emergency situation so I need you to find out what is going on. Jessica, the lady in the office, sends a text, probably not even to the maintenance guy, and immediately after sending the message, looks up at me and says that he isn't responding, so he must be busy working on something else.

I have a loft here and this place takes living in an "apartment" to a whole other level. I've lived here for almost a month now and I cannot get over this property let alone my own apartment. My family and I absolutely love it here! It's a beautiful property with a trail that enters right into River Legacy! The staff is amazing, my apartment is spacious with great upgraded appliances and there are community events each month! I would definitely recommend this place as an awesome place to live!

This apartment is terrible. I'm not saying this is for all apartments, but in ours, when you walk in the apartment you can feel really large dips in the floor. As if someone just put carpet over some holes in the floor. They had painted over all the dirt and grime in every drawer/ cabinet and left paint splatter over every hardwood surface and counter top. When we first moved in, the ceiling above our bathtub looked like there was a hole that someone just painted over. Over the next week or so, it started falling/ leaking into our tub. We constantly told them about it, but it took them almost 4 months to fix it. Around the 3rd month they just put a peice of cardboard over the hole without fixing the leak. So for another month we had a wet peice of cardboard on our ceiling. When they finally fixed the leak, they left a huge mess. Also in our bathroom, tile is falling out of the wall. Multiple times when I have taken a shower, the handle falls off. The shower also makes a terrible grinding sound that is so loud and the water never stays on the same temperature. The shower temp will turn from cold to so hot that you will burn yourself. Our A/C also is leaking, so it will stop getting cool in our apartment about every 2 to 3 weeks. Instead of adressing the leak, they just keep filling it up with frion. Half of the outlets in the apartment do not work either. The leasing office is also filled with people who have no idea what they are doing, or they just don't care. Most of them when you call, are very rude. When I try and tell them about the problems in the apartment, they interupt me and say that a maitenance person can't come out until tomorrow or something like that. Then 90% of the time they never come out. The main office does not let you know when they will be doing any maitenance either. 5 times in the last couple months, the water will just turn off randomly. The floors are also paper thin. This is no fault of the apartments, it's just how they were built. You can hear everything the person above you does, even talking sometimes. There are also various holes in the wall that have been covered up by just paint. The weather strips on our door is almost non exsistent, and our thermostat is very old and never reads correctly. The oven also doesn't read the right temperature when cooking. We have to put everything at a higher temperature to even cook things right. They also leave the wires of various appliances out, like the microwave, not caring about the fire hazard. Our kitchen light only works half the time, there is even paint splatter on the fridge too. They basically paint over anything that is broken or they think is ugly, instead of actually fixing it. Also, I'm not speaking for the whole complex, but in our building, some families often just let their 2-5 year olds just run around unsupervised. This wouldn't be a huge deal, if they didn't run all over the parking lot as well. Also, when we take our dog out, the kids run up to her and scare her. Even if you tell them to stop, they won't. No parent in sight. This is not a good place to live. The prices are fairly cheap, but it's not worth it.

Living here has been a bittersweet experience. I'd never recommend these apartments to anyone unless you're on a fixed income. The floors are very weak, you hear every single step, TV through the walls & music. If hearing your neighbors doesn't bother you, try making a matience request & never receiving the maintenance for it. Its unbelievable! Do not move here, there's way more options out there.

We moved in on December 8, 2014, from day one its been a nightmare. Once we got here, we were told we could not...

We moved in on December 8, 2014, from day one its been a nightmare. Once we got here, we were told we could not use or touch the counter tops for three days because they had literally just finished resurfacing them. The carpets were still wet from them trying to clean on the same day as move in, mind you that the previous tenant moved out on November 28, 2014. The next morning on the ninth went to take a shower in the master bathroom and the shower had no running water, we informed them of this along with turning in the list of other problems we had found. After they fixed the shower water it started leaking on the right side, when they came to look they said they could not find anything, and suggested we did not know how to shower, but they replaced the shower head and re-caulked, which meant we could not use that shower for another day. The entire first week we moved in we could not unpack or place things on the floor because they decided to replace all the flooring, after they had to cut/resurface the subfloor in the dining room the manager stated that it was our responsibility to clean the HUGE mess it left. It took days to clean all the dust. So far, we have nine work orders, starting on December 13, 2014, Dishwasher rack had no wheels so we could not pull out. the garbage disposal had a huge hole in it so when we used it, it would shoot out water and was leaking. December 17, 2014 we had another order for the master shower, and once again they tried to blame us for not knowing how to shower. also, the stove top had a burner that was not fitting in the drip pan correctly so all they done was to bend the prongs and we told them that the temperature on that burner was not accurate, we have it on the warm position and it boils everything, that still has not been addressed. December 30, 2014, we had two plugs, one in the guest bedroom and another on the balcony that was coming out of the wall. once again the master shower has a leak, this time was going into the bedroom, they re-caulked again, this time they said when he removed the old caulking it was soaked behind it. the garbage disposal leaking again and when we turn it on it will come up on the other side of the sink, or when the dish washer is on the water will come up through the sink, they said will be up to five days before they can do anything about it, we also had several corners in the kitchen that was chewed up by a previous tenants dog that which they had just painted over. Also there was only one smoke detector in the entire apartment no where near the bedrooms, which state law says there should be one in each bedroom or one in the hallway if bedrooms are in the same hallway. In the master bathroom there is a access point for the air conditioning unit and it was covered in nasty/greasy fingerprints from before we moved in. In No way was this apartment ready for us to move in, these things should have been done before we moved in, its the neglect of the management team that we are having these issues.

Well, I was very interested in the apartments. The outside will fool you on how it looks on the inside, it was so me. But one of the young ladies that gave me a tour was very.... not professional. Why, because she did not give me any details or any extra options on one bedroom apartments, and i know there was more than two options. She was very impatient with me how do i know that, because as we were walking out to the buggie to view the apartment she said "I'm supposed to be gone and I'm showing an apartment" and i was like.... ok so with that being said I love the apartment that she showed me its just i cant deal with leasing agents like her. By the way she sits on the right side you can see her as you walk in.
