My daughter has lived here for a year. It is a very nice complex that is well kept and clean. She has had NO parking issues and I have parked in the guest spots when visiting her with no issue. This is a great location and the residents seem very nice .She has never witnessed any bad behavior or loud parties. She was able to study at any time as it was always quiet.

Since John Psilos took over as HOA president 4 or 5 years ago this place looks like a slum. There's no lawn maintenance at all. He paid $50,000 to put in water meters then didn't use them. He paid to replace the decks only to have them replaced again a few months later by a different company without getting any money back from the first place. There is a retaining wall behind one of the buildings that badly needs repair but he hasn't done it. There are massive vines growing behind two of the buildings but he won't get those cut down either even though it was done once a year before he took over. The last property manager resigned because he wouldn't let her keep up the maintenance on the property. The dues increased to $185.00 per month per condo at the last meeting. There are 188 condos so that means he gets $34,780 per month yet the place is run-down. Something doesn't add up here. I would never buy or rent in this place. It's being run into the ground. There are many other things going on but they are too numerous to name here. Before this guy came along, Holton Place was being maintained pretty nicely.

I've lived here for several years now, and I can honestly say I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's neglected, run down and seedy looking. There have been several break ins during the day out here when people are at work. A couple of years ago there was a home invasion in the middle of the night out here in one of the condos. I've tried to sell my place many times but no one is interested. The only way to sell this place is to take a big loss.
