Lived here for almost 2 years and plan on resigning again. Old management was terrible, most of the bad reviews were from them. This new management company is amazing. Theyre on it with repairs, my ceiling messed up and they came to fix it next day. Therese is wonderful! The whole office is nice! Theyre all really sweet. So many upgrades to the whole community! Definitely see a major difference!

We moved here in January 2022 and felt very welcome. However, we did have a few issues with one of our neighbors and Therese Miner did an amazing job making sure it was taken care of. The communication was stellar and she even provided us with cleaning chemicals and machines to help eliminate an odor. I highly recommend living here - they even have a dog park and it is so close to UNCW if you like to go on runs and walks.

I have been here four years I really like the improvements that has been made. I like the staff here. I know Therese tries her best to get things done. When there is any maintenance issues she does get it done. I enjoy all the new grills. We have had many celebrations using the grills. The manager and staff have compassion about the residents needs. I enjoy the doggy park. My dog likes it. I love where I live.
