These beautiful studio apartments have been built with high end materials. There is luxury vinyl tile (LVT) throughout, stained cabinetry with solid surface counters, higher end fixtures, stainless steel appliances, and a washer and dryer in each unit! There is a built in entertainment/dresser cabinet which separates the area for your bedroom items and the living room. It is an ideal layout for a studio apartment.

There is electronic entry to get into the building and into the apartment so no need for keys or a key fab. Each apartment has its own private balcony.

There are two different floor plans. This listing is for the street view floor plan. The street view floor plan faces Marsteller St and has a bigger layout but has a closet that isn't walk-in style. The middle and back apartments floor plan has a very spacious walk-in closet but a smaller living room area. So you can pick your preference. The middle apartments do not have extra windows in the kitchen where as the back apartments has two extra windows in the kitchen/bedroom. That is the only difference between the middle and back apartments.

Each apartment will include a FREE RESERVED parking space which is a very desirable amenity to have this close to campus.

Residents are responsible for electric and internet. Management will pay for water, sewage and trash. Internet is available through Frontier and Xfinity/Comcast.

PET POLICY: Authorized cats are allowed for an additional $20/month fee and a $300 pet deposit. Cat must be spayed or neutered and be at least 6 months old and box trained.
