Built in August 2020 this 9 unit apartment building at 234 Marsteller St. is across the street from the south side of Purdue's campus and 1 block from the Stewart Center and the Purdue Memorial Mall.

There are two different floor plans. The street view floor plan faces Marsteller St and has a bigger layout but has a closet that isn't walk-in style. The middle and back apartments floor plan has a very spacious walk-in closet but a smaller living room area. The middle apartments do not have extra windows in the kitchen where as the back apartments has two extra windows in the kitchen/bedroom. The window is the only difference between the middle and back apartments.
Parking available. You may purchase a reserved parking space for $600 for the year which gives you exclusive use, so you never are concerned with not having a place to park. Parking this close to campus is a very desirable and hard to get.
Residents are responsible for electric and internet. Management will pay for water, sewage and trash. Internet is available through Frontier and Xfinity/Comcast.
PET POLICY: Authorized cats are allowed for an additional $20/month fee and a $300 pet deposit. Cat must be spayed or neutered and be at least 6 months old and box trained.
100% refundable security deposit is equal to the rent and is due at the time of the lease signing. There is no application fee but there is a $60/person admin fee due with the first rent payment.
