Chauncy square does not take care of my package well. They sign all of the packs from the courier at onece and does not do check the pack individually. Moreover, they are not taking any responsibility from your pack lost, which means anyone from the front office can take your package. I have two expensive packages send to the office and sign by one the workers in chauncy square. But chauncy square said since their staff did not record the packs manually into their system, they did not receive the packs and they were not going to take any responsibility from the package lost. What a joke !

I would not recommend living here. Here is what I wish someone had told me before I signed a lease: 1. It is LOUD. I was on the 4th floor and could hear EVERYTHING outside. This included extremely loud garbage trucks every morning at 3am, parties on balconies, loud music coming from above you or outside, even people walking on the street below you (you can hear conversations! That is how thin the walls are). I would sleep with a white noise machine and ear plugs some nights and it still didn't help. 2. My car was damaged in the parking garage. It cost me a LOT to fix it, and management did not care whatsoever. Parking is expensive to begin with, and I didn't feel safe in that garage after that happened. 3. It is expensive and absolutely not worth the price. You can find something better for half the price. Also, prices went up from 2017-2018. 4. I'm going to mention how loud it is again... because it really is just terrible. Walls are paper thin; your upstairs neighbors might as well be bowling 24/7. 5. Don't be fooled by the amenities. They pull you in by their "newly renovated" gym, movie theater, and game room. You're already paying for a gym membership with the corec... and I didn't use the latter two amenities once. Again, it just is not worth the price in my opinion Also, don't trust the purely positive reviews. They pay their residents to write reviews. Pros... location is great and maintenance staff is quick to respond to issues like changing a light bulb. UPDATE: After contacting Corporate Customer Service, I am updating my review from 1 star to 2 as they were apologetic and addressed my concerns adequately. If you have an issue living here, I would recommend contacting Corporate Customer Service to resolve it.

I've lived in Chauncey Square the last two years and have really enjoyed it. The leasing office employees learn your name and make all things like picking up mail super streamlined. Not only that, it's a great location because it's close to restaurants while also being really close to bus stops and campus. The amenities are also really convenient. Overall, I think if you're willing to pay the price, Chauncey Square is a great place to live in!

Chauncey Square has been great! I have lived here for the past 3 years and it has been great. Amenities are great, and staff is friendly! Any work orders put in are fixed immediately, and its just overall a great location and apartment to live in! Have enjoyed it throughout my college career!
