The apartment is on the top (fifth) floor of the well-maintained and historic Haddon building (Don't worry - the building has an elevator). It is within walking distance of the Red, Yellow, and Green metro lines and is a three-minute walk from the much-loved S Street Dog Park. A short walk from hundreds of restaurants and bars, as well as all other kinds of entertainment. This apartment is on one of Washington's most coveted and beautiful streets - tree-lined New Hampshire Ave, NW between 16th and T Streets. The apartment boasts one of six reserved off-street parking spots for the entire building, making it one of the more exclusive places in the city to park your car.

There are only six spots for the entire building (47 units) and they are limited to building residents with an assigned spot. If you do not want the parking spot, the $250 fee will not be charged and the base rent of $3,200 will be charged.
-Dogs that weigh less than 20 pounds and cats are welcome, but carry an additional $50 monthly fee per pet plus an additional, non-refundable security deposit of $250 per pet. This apartment is particularly well-suited for dogs, as the S Street dog park is around-the-corner.
Dollars and Cents:

-Prorated rent for partial first month is certainly doable ($105 per day).
