$2,400 Deposit ($200 of this is non-refundable), Minimum 6 month lease, Renter's insurance required to pick up keys, NO SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere on lot. One small pet considered with a $300 pet fee. A second small pet will be considered with pet rent.
Utilities: Utility fee of $95 per month for water/sewer, & trash. Tenant pays for their own unit electricity and Internet. Optional EV charging stations may be available for a fee.
Parking: Gated parking area. One designated compact parking stall per unit. City street parking on Reserve St. also available.
Private Vehicle Garages with EV Charging: $175 per month, if available. First come, first serve.
Covered Parking: $125 per month, if available. First come, first serve.
