Please, for the love of all that is sacred, don't move here. Find one of the many other overpriced complex's to live in, just not this one. I see some reviews say, "But, the pool is nice". Every apartment in the country has a damn pool! I guess if you enjoy paying 1700 a month for a pool, go for it. Good luck getting in touch with anyone in the office. They're open during the part of the day when nobody is around, like, when you're at work. They probably won't be too quick to answer emails either so, have fun with that. Traffic is a joke, parking is a nightmare, and the buildings are so poorly built that you can hear traffic from a mile away. Yes, it's a very noisy place to live also. Most of the tenants are fine, but some are young kids who party late into the evening. Hopefully you're good at sleeping through explosions. It is near the water, which is cool. However, this area of Tampa regularly smells like sewage and it's VERY intense. So bad that with the windows closed, you can still smell it. Try not to throw up. The staff is friendly, if you can find them. The turnover must be quick because there's always a new group in there. Probably a terrible company to work for. Do yourself a favor and don't move here, and don't move downtown either. DT Tampa is a ghost town, nothing happens here. People drive here to work, and leave. No music, no bars, no culture. If you want to get stabbed, go to Ybor City. It's good for a stabbing or two while you enjoy the three or four dirtbag bars down there. Traffic is nice too. The city and surrounding area can't handle the volume or influx of cars so, be prepared to sit in traffic. Avoid it. All of it.
