After unfortunate events, my lease was canceled after only being here for a day. I was stressed, defeated and unhappy. I posted my experience on here and Amber who is the leasing manager reached out to me minutes after posting my review. Mind you, when she texted me it was like one in the morning. First, she apologized for the events that happened and ensured me that I will be getting a full refund back. She stated that, they will work on better communication and making sure that problem doesnt happen again. I met with her in person and shes ten times better in person. Shes super sweet and kind and she Actually Cares!!! She was even trying to help me find another place, the least I could do is update my review because of her and her alone. While being at the apartment a Plethora of people told me I should have went through Aaliyah and not DJ. I felt more at ease because other people had issues with her as well. I dont know if she needs more training or what but I hope that this is a lesson that can be learned. I hope she takes this more serious because I dont think she understands how she can really mess someone up because of a mistake that she may see being small. Thank God for Amber! She really helped me out! If you guys are looking to rent here, please go to Aaliyah or Amber!

Blue Cascade, previously known as The Alliance 400, has been a great place for me to live. Ive been here for 3 years and never a problem with no one. Amber is a great and very understanding person as the leasing manager. Her assistants are always a great help. The maintenance crew always try to resolve any issues within the units as soon as possible. I honestly would recommend anyone to live here.

Ive been living here for about year now and I loved it here to the point I renewed my lease , very reasonable prices , close to campus , stores and food places are walking distance , never have a problem with the leasing staff anything I have a problem with going on with my apartment they are quick to handle it and get it resolved .
