They said I going to received friday at end of day. I wait all day. They change it to monday. At monday they write -there an error in street address- Thats not true. They never call me. They never attemp to deliver. The worst of all they send it back to the sender the same day. They didnt send it back to the UPS center.

Although the driver didnt even stop at the front door to do the delivery as i stood outside, just drove by and assumed we were closed (we have weird hours during the day) I am really happy with the prompt customer service. However I got a text saying 430pm business closed delivery failed but it was 5:02pm when he drove by so i think he rushed and predicted wrong..the text updates arent probably very accurate. He will be returning to do my delivery. They called within 30minutes and were very nice and understanding. Thank you !
When someone actually answers the bell the customer service is great just hate waiting 20mins for someone to anwser
I ship thousands of packages a week. Couldn't get it done without all the great help here.

I ship A LOT with UPS. Excellent customer service and pickup scheduled for 3PL customers. Never had a problem.
I WAS SUPPOSE TO RECIEVE MY PACKAGE ON FRIDAY AND THEY LIED AND SAID THEY ATTEMPTED TO DELIVERY..I WAITED FOR THEM AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP
It's OK. Some of the people there are helpful. Some aren't. Generally, the local US stores are better.

Ordered hurricane supplies to be delivered on Friday for a Monday storm. Package says on the truck on Friday and out for delivery but no delivery is made. They tell me that they, because of "hurricane conditions" closed. It is beautiful outside hear. The storm is not forecast til Monday but they stop delivery three days out! The 800 number says they'll contact me Monday. That they'll be open Monday. Monday is the day the area will be hit! I'm going to encourage fed ex from now on.

To the guys who said bad location...news flash...it is a warehouse. Most nice areas do not allow Commercial Warehouses in their neighborhood. Said they attempted to deliver to my place of work and that it was closed. I read this on the tracking while I was sitting at work. Hour later ups stops in and makes me sign for a different package I asked if there were anymore he replied no. I got two day shipping to avoid it becoming 4 day due to 4th of July. I called and apparently they assumed my work would be closed and instead of sorting and putting the item on the truck with the other package they threw it in a trailer with 3,000 other items they didnt want to deal with till after 4th of July. 10am is around the time I called and a manager said he will "attempt to find it in the 3,000 packages locked in the trailer" so I can pick it up later that day. Never heard back, called back at 6 they said it will be delivered the day after the holiday. thanks for nothing.
Being open till 8 pm is a huge benefit. Wait time is minimal. Plenty of parking. Really a wonderful place to do your shipping

I hesitated to enter Tallahassee's UPS distribution center because, after all, I've come to expect UPS to be fail-safe in exceeding shipment expectations. I did enter it, however, because over the past three months I have been using will-call pickup exclusively. Why? Because it's convenient for me, since I have a school drop-off on hartsfield (minutes away) and my package(s) are certain to be there when I arrive at 8:20.
Nancy is the agent I almost exclusively work with, and she's great about identifying my packages before I even give her the tracking numbers.
Why wait around the house during a 6 hour block when a signature is required when you can just pick it up here (or at a number of fine UPS stores around town)?

UPS always goes out of the way to take care of getting me my packages even if it means holding them at the location for me to pick up the next morning. I rarely ever wait and when I do it's because a newbie guy is trying to get a quote on something he packed totally incorrectly and UPS is trying to tape it right. Great customer Service!!!
