I lived at Park Avenue Villas for 6 years. The location is great and the floor plans make the small apartments seem larger. The current manager, April, is the best! She's very professional and returns calls quickly. I moved out only because I found a larger space with more outdoor area (for more money, of course).

The previous reviews were NOT for another apartment complex. I can attest that there is in fact minimal storage space and that the property manager is very rude. I've tried to be understanding and patient but apparently she doesn't care about doing the same. It's extremely discouraging, disrespectful and unnecessary. People that work with the public should actually know how to work with the public. Instead they get rude and flippant about mistakes THEY make. I would feel much better if she had some humility about her and her team's mistakes and apologized and wanted to do better, but instead she just blames you for it or acts like she doesn't know what's going on.

DO NOT MOVE IN. I Moved in recently and immediately regret it!!!!!! Old appliances, NO STORAGE. If you have an maintenance issue, you have to submit an online request. After submitting the request, rest assured ABSOLUTELY NO ONE will contact you to address the issue and NOTHING will be done. Messed up toilet, dishwasher, leaky pipes...... you name it. I haven't been here a full year (only 5 months) and am anxiously counting down the days, hours and seconds until I can leave. The ONLY thing they have going for them is the Location. Other than that, look elsewhere

If I could describe my experience in one word it would be, AWFUL. Just make believe that one star isnt even there because Park Ave doesnt deserve not even a 1/4 of a star. I Moved in December 2017 and immediately regret it!!!!!! Old appliances, no storage in kitchen, no storage in bathroom, no storage in bedroom. If I could help you visualize how bad the closet space is, I keep my broom and mop outside because I have no where to store it inside ( slaps hand against forehead). And the worst issue of all is that the apartment is falling apart, from the appliances, to the leaky pipe which has caused mold and a foul order in my apartment. According to the property manager, if you have an maintenance issue, you have to submit an online request (Don't bother going to him. He will do absolutely nothing.)
