The hardwoods, the curve of the ceiling architecture separating your living and dining spaces, so eloquent. The honest and hardworking kitchen, with a dishwasher because it's the kitchen doin' the brunt of the work- not you. You also have a bathroom that works as hard as you need it to, if you catch my drift. Beyond that, there's your bedroom and back balcony access, overlooking your parking pad! Very chill, overall.
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
