Well- location is a 10/10! Tower Grove Park is basically your front yard. It's right there. Not to mention you're extremely close to the hip part of Morganford, South Grand, and highway access. Mokabes is just blocks away! Pro tip: you can order one of their specialty coffees AS A SHAKE.
First-come-first-served tenant parking pad out back so that Food Truck Friday's, Festival of Nations, Farmers Mkt, at TGP are a snap- no fighting with rando's over a spot.
