*Gross monthly household income must be at least 3 times the rent
*No evictions, landlord judgements, or landlord filings in the last 2 years, even if they were dismissed.
*Any evictions or landlord judgements older than 2 years must have been paid half off with a written payment plan for the other half
*Criminal History check will be ran
*No felonies in the last 5 years
*No crimes against children, regardless of the age of the crime
*No sex offenders, regardless of the age of the crime
*No violent felonies, regardless of the age of the crime
Security deposit starts at 1 Months Rent and can increase depending on credit and rental history. Properties with rent under $795 could be subject to a lower security deposit.
Pet Policy:
