The tariff includes housekeeping on a mutually agreed-upon schedule, and in conformance with best practices and protocols to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
The Evelyn has dedicated high-speed WIFI. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for basic meal preparation. There's an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner will be stocked at the start of your stay.
The Evelyn has a large-screen Smart TV, with an antenna for local stations. Log into any streaming services to which you subscribe through a Roku Box.
The Evelyn is in one of St. Louis' outstanding and delightful historic neighborhoods. From here it's easy to walk, bike, or take public transit just about anywhere.
Please note that there is an additional fee of $9.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions.
A one-month minimum is requested for this pricing. There is no lease. A fully refundable deposit is required. The deposit will be promptly refunded, when the Evelyn is vacated by you with normal cleaning and laundry. These terms are fully described in plain English in an addendum to the rental application.
