Utilities: All electric, no gas. Water, sewer, and trash are free.
Security Deposit: One month's rent
Move In Fee: $150
Pet policy: We are dog/cat friendly - two pet maximum. We charge a one time non-refundable pet fee of $200 at move in, no monthly pet rent.
Application Fee: $35 per applicant over 18.
Qualifications: 3x the monthly rent in income, 650+ credit score, no past evictions.
