The pictures are of the Community center shared with the house next door that has a room for rent for the school year. The Community room has a big screen TV, couches, ping pong table, air hockey, game/craft table and a fridge! The kitchen is open to the living room with large windows and your own washer and dryer! Lots of parking. It's all right there at your fingertips! Safeway, Panda Express and Target are only a few blocks away. EWU, SFCC, Spokane Community and Gonzaga, the bus stop is down the street, so for those who don't have a car, this is perfect! We allow subleasing if you're gone for the summer or studying abroad, you can save money by having someone else pay your rent!!! A CO-SIGNER IS REQUIRED, and security deposit depends on your monthly rent.
