The chateau oaks is a great community to call your home! Me and my husband have lived here for approx ten years, and we have created friendships that will last a lifetime! Beyond the beautiful open courtyard and well maintained pool, our building manager, Shakira is so helpful and efficient when maintenance fixes need to be done or have any needs. I can always count on her!
Amazing community, amazing neighborhood. Far and away our favorite place weve lived so far.

The resident community is the best part of living at Chateau Oaks. The 24 hr laundry room is great and the pool is nice in the summer. Its difficult for visitors to find parking. The building is not ADA accessible and the minimum 16 stairs to get in and out is a factor. As an older building the walls and floors do not have much sound insulation & can be noisy at night. The secure parking was a big selling point for me.

They are quite overpriced for units that have zero renovations since they were built. Maybe just the counters in the kitchen have been done. Very small 1 bedroom townhome style.

This is a really nice place. The staff are very much ok the ball. We were a part of a large group and they didn't have any trouble. They have a great room in the back for such parties, which we were very thankful to see, because it let us hear one another without the extra noise from the rest of the place.
The food was tasty, but for someone who cannot eat gluten it was limited. Quite limited. I had the burger without the bun and it was very delicious.

The variety of food is great tonight I had a burger it was amazing the french fries are thick which makes them even better parking can be challenging, there is valet parking for around $7. Tonight we celebrated a friend's birthday and we've had many events here.

This is an excellent place to find local craft and international beers, wine, and grab a bite. The bar is packed with variety of different spirits, and the menu has various items to choose from. From the outside its kind of hard to find it, so you just gotta go closer to the white door to see the hours of operation and the business name. Overall, it's a good environment as your neighborhood pub and for social gatherings.

Drinks are reasonably priced, I didn't order any food but got to try some of my parties dishes and they were tasty. Bathrooms are way too small for an establishment that attracts so many people. Had the bathrooms.been more accommodating I would have given 5 stars.

Their beers are on point too, with their red ale being my favorite. Service is acceptable, and there are a few spots in the parking structure next door saved just for The Local Peasant. An order of fries is enough to share for two people, unless you're super hungry. We never had to wait too long to get seated, which is a big plus.

Came here for brunch today with a couple of friends. We've heard a lot of great things so we finally decided to check it out. Bottomless mimosas were always topped off. The food was amazing, the breakfast pizza and the fried chicken and waffles were perfection. My compliments to the chef! I highly recommend this place.

Nice place for some serious grub. Deviled eggs, cheese balls and pork belly were all great. I even had octopus for the first time, paired with kimchi and fried onions it was quite delectable. Chicken stew, burgers and beef rib were also really good. The only knock i have was the desserts were only so so. Pass on the cornbread pudding. Service was top notch.
