Rental guidelines:

• Move-In/Out: Plant 51 charges a non-refundable $350 weekday or $400 weekend fee for each move in or move out, to be paid by the tenant. Plant 51 requires 14 days notice for any move in/out. Moving companies are required to sign a Moving Co. agreement and provide a certificate of insurance with liability and workers comp. coverage.
