My Fianc and I have been living here for about 3 months. Overall our experience has been exceptional. We love the open layout of the loft style apartment and the nice well kept amenities the community has to offer. In addition, the close proximity to downtown and major highways make this place very accessible. I also would like to highlight the exceptional customer service of the office staff. They are very friendly and and eager to help in any way. Eileen especially has been very helpful and accommodating and has made our living experience here at Avalon great!

My husband and I have been here for just a year now and we still love it! Its the perfect mix of having a walkable/city vibe and being in a serene neighborhood. Being next to Cahill park is so nice, we use the green space often with our dog or for a picnic. All the amenities in Avalon are wonderful. The gym, pool, and residence lounge are always clean and the staff is happy to help if something needs extra attention. Thankful that we found Avalon last year, its truly been a wonderful place to live!
