you pay for pest and it does NOT come. theyre charginf upwards $1200 for old apartments. i am not satisfied

Please do not move here once they were under new management it just went down they literally went into my apartment without my permission before it was time for me to move out took pictures and claim that they move stuff out of my apartment and charge me when I hadnt even turned in my keys they do shady business and the maintenance men are probably one of their family members!!! If you look back on the reviews you can see that this is not a good place for you to move they just have went down and do not care about their tenants

I have been overcharged two months in a row and both times I have to continually call and email to get anyone. Im tired of having to call and email just go get things right. The first time the office person told me they havent charged rent yet and I dont know what Im talking about. Meanwhile in my resident portal I saw all the charges. I pay my rent early most months and after I signed this new lease two months they cannot get things right. I should have taken a hint when it took 2-3 months just to get my lease signed, because whoever I was emailing just disappeared. Then after I finally signed my lease, someone calls me telling me they dont have my signed lease. And after telling them I signed it with the manager already shes like well we dont have it. OKAY? Youre supposed to have that paperwork not me.
