It has been a terrific experience living at the Hickman House. I just renewed my lease because I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Cherry on the cake is the building remains nothing buy spotless. No one does better cleaning than Desiree and Rose. They've even given me a few Cleaning tips. 'm originally from a small town in Arizona and Bridgeville has welcomed me with open arms. I've created such a lovely life for myself here. None of this would've possible with out the help of the Washington leasing office. Thanks again guys!

So glad I found Hickman House apartments in Bridgeville! All the benefits of city living with out the hefty price tag. I haven't had any major issues but Jason is always great to deal with and will fix even the smallest issue in a great timely fashion. My lease ends at the end of July & I will be renewing. So happy to finally have an apartment that feels like home!

Bree has gone above and beyond to make it a seamless process! Their newly renovated apartments are beautiful and most importantly, affordable. A review from me was posted within the last 2 days about Lobos Management. I in no way shape or form wrote that review. We've been at the Brake House Lofts for a year. There've been no more than 2 issues which were promptly resolved. One was minor. The other was our furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the 2018. It was a Sunday. The HVAC techs were here within a few hours and fixed the furnace. We truly enjoy this building and it's location in the Strip. I am having my Google account investigated.

I lived in this apartment and paid it on time every month. About a month of living there, I discovered mold as well as the ceiling in the kitchen was linking when I showered. I called them several times about it and nothing was done. They would just paint over it. So, I called the health department and they were pissed and took me to court saying I owed over $1,600.00 in rent. I was furious! I seeked legal advice and paid my family lawyer to fight this! Long story short I won my case and the judge wrote that I could continue to stay in the apartment until my lease was up. Now this happened 6 years ago. Today 2018 I go and try and get an apartment and they have evicted on my CREDIT!!!!! So they will be seeing my face in court again :)...... DO NOT RENT from this place unless you are looking to go to court and be living in a beat down crib!!

Beware! I signed a year long lease with this company and within three months of moving in to my new unit, Lobos Management told me I had to renew for the next year otherwise they'd start showing my unit to potential renters. I had told them at the time I can let them know of my decision two months prior to my lease expiration but they do not care. They would send me a text message a day (these days it is less than a 24 hr notice) before telling me that they'll be entering my home next day. They even brought people into my home on a Sunday. They have no respect for your privacy or the lease terms. It takes weeks and multiple calls before their crew shows up to fix anything. Most recent incidence with Lobos Management is they wanted to show my unit on memorial weekend with less than a 24-hr notice. And the notice is just a text message as usual. I texted back saying I'l be resting home and I don't want them to show up. Within a week they filed a complaint at the court demanding $3,090 for interference with landlord's right to enter and show the unit. Lobos is claiming no notice is required under the terms of the lease.

Ive been in my apartment for almost a year and its been great. Ive had no complaints at all. I went with Lobos because I needed to move to the Pittsburgh area on very short notice and it seemed to be the only management company that had units available for rent on as such short notice that I needed them. AJ was great through the whole process and worked well with us to make sure we had all the paperwork and things in on time in order to be able to move into the apartment ASAP. Ive only had to make two maintenance requests so far, only one of which was in my actual unit. They were quick to respond to both. I think that people expect their maintenance issue to be solved two minutes after they submit the request, but maintenance workers cant just drop all other jobs to come right out and fix something right away.

My experience with Lobos Management has been a very mixed bag. I live in Centre Court Apartments. For the first year of my lease, I loved my experience. It was quiet, I did not have any issues with my apartment. All the issues started my second year, after I signed another lease. I was called by the Accountant, who was incredibly rude, telling me I had an issue with my account. This was September, and she said the issue started in February. I asked her to email me my lease with the part highlighted where I was supposed to pay extra. She could not do that. After various rude emails, she spoke to her manager and they were going to drop the issue. The second issue was that Lobos sent out water bills late. I got my December bill the day before it was due. So, of course I called the outside company to pay on time (with a fee). I called the office at 5pm, some how no one was there even though the website says they are open until 5:30pm. I called the next day and the same rude accountant told me she can't cover the fee even though it was their mistake. All in all, the facilities are outdated, the laundry machines routinely are broken down, it takes a very long time to get maintenance to come fix things. I would not live in another Lobos owned location if my life depended on it.

Just as a heads-up: All of the 5 star reviews that you see from 2-3 months ago are because the leasing agents were mandated to ask their tenants to do this for them, in a form of "competition" they were having. While obtaining an apartment from Lobos Management is fairly smooth and easy, it is unfortunate that their lease basically exonerates them from any responsibility they have towards the laws of habitability or the safety and well-being of their tenants. If you do sign a lease with them, I highly recommend you bring an attorney with you so that you get the tenant rights all renters deserve to have, which protects them from mold/leaking roofs/snow removal/etc.

I'm renting from Lobos a one bedroom apt. I was skeptical at first after reading the reviews but it didn't scare me enough to run away. So we moved back in September. Our agent was Jenna. She was very professional, helpful, in one word, great. We needed some repairs to be done and when I called the office I talked to Courtney. What a great person she is! Each time she sent the maintenance person either on the same day or next day. The longest I had to wait was 4 days and that was because they had to bring in a furnace person. It was ok to wait because that happened in the beginning of Sept. and was still nice weather outside. Our stay here is not stressful since I have no worries that they won't respond to my maintenance needs as they arise. The common areas of the building are well maintained and clean. I hope other tenants will share their good experiences here to show Lobos' true management qualities.

Written by: Laura Hayes I would like to recommend Carly as being a superb leasing agent. My son had just returned to Pittsburgh after a several month stay with us in our new retirement home in NC. I had been assisting him long distance in apartment hunting for months when I happened to speak with Carly. The unit I called about was no longer available, however, unlike all the agents I had spoken with previously who were at best unhelpful and at worse rude, Carly was pleasant and very helpful. After a few questions she suggested a similar unit not even available yet that fit our needs. She ushered us through the application process, answered all our phone calls and questions. She even went above and beyond what anyone would expect. In an effort to expedite the process, I sent the completed application by UPS who failed to deliver it to the office address. It ended up at a local UPS pick up site. Without hesitation Carly went out to pick it up at the specified address and bravely found and retrieved it from a beer distributor store which was not even publicly marked as having anything to do with UPS. We found Carly to to be a very professional, polite, friendly, patient and extremely helpful young woman and would gratefully work with her again and recommend her to anyone. We are in our second apartment owned by Lobos Management and have no complaints! Not sure why there are such bad reviews on here. We took a reasonably priced 1 bedroom apartment in 2016 and just moved into a 2 bedroom also owned by Lobos. Lobos was very helpful in the transition of our move and made it very easy to transfer out of our old apartment into our current one! Brittany F, property manager with the Moon Area apartments, was always a joy to work with! She was always there to help us with anything we needed. We needed to be closer to the city and they helped us with all of our options to make things easy on us. Glad I didn't listen to the reviews I saw on here and went with them anyway. In our new place, Carly V. was a joy to work with as well! There were a few things that needed taken care of for us to be able to move in since the apartment had been vacant for quite some time. Carly V. went above and beyond to make sure that things were taken care of in a timely manor so that we could move in when we planned to. We absolutely love our new place! Naturally people do not take the time to post their good experiences with anything and I see this is no different. I have now lived in two different properties with two different managers and both have been outstanding!

I have honestly had a great experience with Lobos Management and my preferred contact Koral. She gets back to me immediately on all issues and her professionalism at her job does not go unnoticed. She definitely values customer service which you do no get with most apartment complexes and that means a lot to me. Overall, I recommend from the experience I have had thus far!

Ive been renting from lobos for 5 weeks now. In all honestly, they seemed to be living up to the 1 star ratings and really started to make me anxious about the remaining 11 months of my lease. I was lied to about a handful of deciding factors and went a couple weeks without things being repaired. It was a rough move in, but along came Koral. Koral alone deserves 10 stars here. After reaching out to Koral she was determined to make things better and left us finally feeling welcomed and like a good fit for this building. Koral so far has been quick to respond and quick to take action. So long as shes available to help I feel confident in enjoying my time here! I know theres more like her in this management so definitely help those folk shine. This management can seem like a lot, but give them a chance and let them work with you and theyll do just that! Outside of Koral, the overall unit and location is phenomenal and I have zero complaints there. I love the strip district area and I love the character of our unit. The tenants in the building are friendly and respectful of others. I wouldnt be so quick to turn this company away.

Koral is fabulous! She has proven to be honest, true to her word, she gets things done and quickly! She is extremely responsive, even when on vacation. We have a great loft that we really enjoy! Its spacious with huge windows that overlook the city skyline. Given this, we debated renewing our lease due to horrendous service that weve experienced ~ pre Koral. Appointing Koral as our new property manager this past year was the best decision that Lobos made!! On day one she stepped up, introduced herself and resolved half a dozen of our outstanding maintenance requests that had been ignored for many months (even with my persistent follow up calls). She did it within a few days! Koral is a professional who truly cares about making a positive impact. Shes proven to be an integral asset to Lobos and has earned my trust. She always meets and/or exceeds my expectations. Thank you Koral for making our lives much happier at our awesome loft!

Dear tenants and Lobos Management. I would like to say that John Willard is an amazing employee. He is very professional and excellent in his skills. He really made sure that I felt taken care of after he visited me. He perfectly sealed a giant hole under the sink, and even used screw driver to fix the way my curtains hang, even though curtains seem like something unnecessary. He said Lobos tries to keep customers satisfied, and I sure believe so after his visit!

been here for a year and love it. these apartments are large. nowhere else are you going to this kind of square footage for this much money. place is built like a fortress which means little or no noise from neighboring apartments and the lowest utility bills i've ever had. finally the girls in the office and the maintenance staff are incredible. if something does need fixed i call and someone usually comes the same day or the next. oh, and i love the location.

I like where I live it's nice and updated. I don't like that they are quick to put notes on your door, but will not come fix anything when you place a Maintenance work order. You can go months without your problem being fixed, but once somebody moves out you should see how fast their in there cleaning and fixing the place up. If I'm paying my rent every month then they shouldn't have a problem fixing things that need fixed. But that seems to be a major issue after speaking with the other neighbors. If they can keep up on maintenance living here probably wouldn't be so bad.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I also wish I would've checked reviews before working with them. My boyfriend and I tried to get an apartment through them, however we were denied without reason. Not only that but they kept our fees and still have our security deposit! Upon researching, I've found that Lobos does this to many people. Lobos likes to give people hope that they will get an apartment and then take their money and not return it. Such a scam. Very disappointed in them. Please do not use them for any of your needs. They don't seem trustworthy.

I apologize, this is a long one. My boyfriend and I moved in May 20 2016 at the Canterbury Courts location in Washington, Pa. The landlord was kind and willing to show us anything for our price range and did not try to talk us into renting anything out. Our sliding glass door was cracked all the way up and we asked if it would get replaced. That was at the beginning of May. The window in the dining room was also cracked and was replaced the day we moved in. Our sliding glass door did not get replaced until 2 weeks after we moved in. In October our apartment flooded, not having rain the night before, we were confused. One of the maintence people did not close off the water pump correctly and it flooded the entire bottom floor. We're right across the hall from the maintence room. Our living room furniture became moldy because we had no way of drying the floors and it was for some reason OUR responsibility to do so. Finally carpet cleaners came in and we eventually found a way to clean the mold from our furniture. It gets better, trust me. In the middle of October, my boyfriend lost his job and we missed one month of rent and one water bill. On November 8th, my boyfriend paid the remaining months (November-May) rent plus all of the overdue fees and whatnot. The man who we called to pay all this off told us to expect court papers because of the missed rent and water bill. So we waited for court papers. They didn't come in for another 2 weeks. Literally were not filed until 2 weeks after everything was already paid off. So we went to the hearing and found out that in those fees we paid, the company already charged us COURT FEES. That we were NOT responsible for. Not only did these people lie to us, the woman showed up an hour late to court and didn't even have our information. In fact, we called a few days before the hearing and they told us not to even go because it was "nothing". This is finally all done and over with and as I write this, I hear two animals in the ventilation system fighting. We will not be renewing our lease in May 2017. I will never rent from Lobos Management ever again.

Avoid Lobos Management at all costs. If you think it's worth it for the low rent prices, think again. The prices you pay for utilities, laundry, and random fees will amount to much more than you originally planned. Pay the extra $100 or $150 per month and get a better place. My Issues: 1. On Day 1 of moving in, I discovered a mouse in my apartment living in my apartment living out of a tiny hole in my apartment wall. Furthermore, multiple windows were broken and incapable of locking. After calling Lobos, it took 9 days for the hole to be sealed up and for the windows to be fixed. 2. They charged me a 50$ fee for transferring funds back into my account after I paid with a debit card when they wanted a cashiers check. When I called to dispute, I was yelled at and told I had to pay it and all questions could be directed to PayLease. I offered to come in and discuss in person and they denied me that opportunity. Be warned: if you are a tenant of Lobos, you will be treated with ZERO respect and your issues and concerns will be met with a blatant lack of urgency and any sense of customer service.

Meanwhile, so that I did not just have to sit on the steps I attempted to call them to give the locksmith my phone number. They had no record of the request even happening. There is zero communication between the staff and they are disrespectful and unhelpful. I then had a hole in my door for the rest of my evening and was promised a new lock by the end of the next day. When I called to check on the status, they AGAIN had no details of the event to update me. Good luck if anything breaks because you will have zero assistance whatsoever

Is it possible to give this company 0 stars because they are a horrible company filled with horrible people. I try to stay away from specific reviews and go with the majority, but their majority is a 1.4. Please take all of these reviews into consideration. My boyfriend and I are currently renting with them as our first year living away from home going to school, and we both cannot wait to move out. We found out in the winter that the top of the window in the bathroom is not straight so cold air was constantly coming into the bathroom. The heating was poorly done and We had to bring in our own space heater which made our studio apartment electric bill over 200 dollars for multiple months. Also, we have experienced flooding over two weeks ago and they have done nothing to try and stop it. It comes through multiple parts of the ceiling and and towards the floor RIGHT BY THE HEATER. It literally was streaming by the heater. This caused a hole in the wall and water bubbles. They sent someone a week after our maintenance request to patch the hole in the wall but nothing to stop the flooding. We are still waiting for them to do something about it. They hire a third person company for every maintenance request, I have talked to a few and they are never on the same page. Do not stay with them even if their prices are better or whatever reason you are considering! You never know what can go wrong throughout the year of your stay and having responsible, understanding, responsive management is worth every penny. I wish I trusted these reviews before we even looked at any apartment of theirs.

I guarantee you that Lobos Managment is the worst management in Pittsburgh. I have been in Pittsburgh since 2010. I lived in Lobos for a year, and I have seen many friends choosing Lobos. One time I came home at night and the door was locked through the lock that I don't have a key for. I guess a managment guy came during afternoon and locked the door. I called them and they said the guy is coming in 40 minutes. I had to wait outside for more than an hour. They never apologized to me rather they seemd to be very arrogant. I felt so disgracefull. General service is shitty and it is famous for that among college students in pittsburgh. When you look around the apartment, it seems to be neat and clean and the landlord seems to be nice. HOWEVER, if you start living there, you will notice that it is not true at all. I know that all the apartements have pros and cons, but they try to be honest with you about broken utilities. But LOBOS tries to hide it when showing. I am very serious. YOU will regret a lot sometime for choosing this apartment. There are many more managements that provides much much better services and have a nice house and location. SO If I were you, I would never choose this management.

I lived in the Edmond Square Complex in Bloomfield from 2007 until last year. The rent was affordable, the apartment was in a great location, I had a private balcony, and free parking. When I spoke with the management company, they were always professional and courteous on the telephone. It was particularly convenient to pay my rent via ACH online. In the time I lived there, I dealt with maintenance three times --- once to fix a door lock, once to recharge the central air, and once to repair the dishwasher. The service was good and the repairmen were friendly. I bought a house last year. If I hadn't, I would probably still be living there.
