This property has improved drastically over the past year. The property manager, Karla, has helped turn this property into paradise, compared to its previous state. She is extremely helpful and friendly and tries her absolute best to make sure things are maintained properly. Crime has gone down as well, thanks to the security team that works it now.

I "DNT HAVE ANYTHING BAD 2 SAY"ABOUT MANAGEMENT KARLA GARCIA, ODESA, AND ALL OTHER STAFF..... SO I GIVE THEM A 5+ RATING. Due to them being understanding and working with me not against me with my rent. So I was late for 3 months on rent did not give not one payment for 3 months and the office and staff management worked with me and they helped me out and did not evict me they were all for me and if they're like that for me they're like that for every other resident. And I have been living here 2 years and my apartment is clean maintenance is well as well maintenanced and I have not had no roaches in my apartment in 2 years. Every time I ask the office staff or management for help with something they're always there to help me they return my phone calls and my emails. And I just want to say thank you to all management Carla Garcia Odessa and all other staff members for being such awesome understanding people.

Leasing Agent Felipa, is wonderful. From the moment I first visited, Felipa was very kind, knowledgeable on what was required for me to rent. She took me on a tour of the property. Explained about the area and residents, and answered all the questions I had.
Felipa checked in with me everyday and walked me thru the process from start to lease signing. Which I am so happy since my credit is having some issues .
When it was time to pick up my keys , Felipa took me to my door and walked through the unit with me. She has gone above and beyond with time and knowledge . I didn't feel like she was trying to just to get the property filled. The whole property is being remodeled and looks GREAT.
My townhouse is nice. The floors the appliances and carpet are done nice. I am happy with my decision to move into Villa Del Azul.
