DO NOT APPLY HERE! While the location and buildings are nice (the reason for the only star) there are hidden fees associated with their application process. When my roommate and I went to apply they said it would cost $200 total. However after I pay the $200, I was then told there would be another 200 (admin fees) due for her and 100 for deposit. Had I known this I would not have paid my half. Because I thought that my half was the total. When I told them about this unethical practice all they did was say we don't offer refunds and unless I paid the $300 extra my application would become null and void and I will lose my $200 already put down. Being a teacher $200 is a lot of money. Stay away from this place as they will hit you with hidden fees and break your bank. Do not give money to companies that take money from hard-working people and then tell them they won't get anything out of it unless they pay more. I lost my $200. Which is more than 20% of my paycheck. When I told them about this they basically said sucks to be you. Do not give them a dime.

Absolutely love living here! The community is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and professional, and repair requests are met quickly and effectively (literally was completed the next day). I had to drive straight through from Florida and move in without seeing this place, and was met with a warm welcome from Jamie as I walked through the door "I've been praying for you!" So sweet!! I was happy to see the beautiful property, super pretty apartment, and a complimentary pizza in the fridge! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring and kind community who does their best meet the tenants' wants and needs.

Lived here in august before we moved in we had roach sightings so it's been a battle of three different roaches having them spray basically every week and cleaning out everything to spray to still find them even it has been a nightmare they offered to relocate us but I heard from a different neighbor they had them too and just taking one can effect the other building. We are breaking our lease for a different purpose but gave up calling them since we are still seeing them every where... I'm leaving this review because I chose them since they had no reports of roaches but I will say I had them for half a year and just in January they told me they found the source but we are still getting at least 5 a week... try sleeping with one crawling on ur pillow or you going to the bathroom and finding one on your foot. I will say the management has been very nice and patient and yes they can't really control nature but if I would of read at least one review like mine I probably wouldn't be in this nightmare.

We have lived here 9 months and haven't had any problems. The office staff & maintenance guys are awesome, helpful & friendly. They are constantly doing updates to the buildings and grounds. Our apartment is very nice, updated & spacious. The only complaint I have is that the landscaping needs to be maintained a little better---lots of areas need to be re-mulched.
