All answers provided in the Tenant’s application must be answered for the Tenant. PLEASE DO NOT PUT INFORMATION FOR A PARENT OR BENEFACTOR ON THE TENANT APPLICATION.
We realize that some students are young and have little to no credit history and that is okay! If you are cosigning for a tenant who lacks credit history or otherwise needs a Guarantor, you must fill out your own Co-Signer application. Please leave fields that aren’t relevant either blank or just respond with “N/A”.
The application fee must be paid at the end of the process. If you don’t pay the fee, we won’t receive your application at all. Room preferences will be assigned in the order that your application is submitted so it’s best to get your application in early!
