BEWARE BED BUGS! Shorty after moving in I started noticing bug bites on myself and my children. At first i thought it was mosquito bites but every morning we had more and more bites. I did some research and determined that it might be bed bugs so I went looking for them. Sure enough in all the seems of the base boards were thousands of disgusting little bugs. Management told me that I must have brought them and that they were going to charge ME to have them removed. All my furniture is ruined. I don't even know what I'm supposed to do now.
In the same month they announced that they are raising rent they ripped out working AC units in the middle of a heat wave....

It only has 1 lock on top and that is it. No more security. Sometimes I can't even lock my damn door from outside! Furthermore the lock to my room is BROKEN! Locking is IMPOSSIBLE with it! Oh yeah, I almost forgot the totally USELESS vent to my room! The damn thing points to a WALL. Oh boy I wonder why my room is the hottest in this apartment! Do walls need air conditioning? I don't think so too. A closet from the other room takes up about 1/8 of my room! What even is that?! My $500 per month apt in Fresno was 10x better than this(Literally)! I moved in, without looking at reviews. BIG MISTAKE. Don't come here. ITS TRASH!

management has no control over the property assigned parking is a joke. they tell u to let them know so they can handle it and don't. from the outside it looks clean and conservative but then u live here and find dirty used condoms in the parking lot garbage and beer bottles everywhere on the premises. the complex has no intention on keeping tenants safe with bad lit areas and homeless people canvassing the complex stealing your stuff which i experienced. no security, no cameras, and no way to contact your manager after hours. the homeless folk come and stay the night inside the complex a long the border that follows grand ave. i hope to move real real soon.

All around not where you want to live. Stuff breaks by the gentlest touch. Half the drawers fell apart a week into moving in. And also if you are a day late with your rent they will slap a $25 additional charge to your bill. This place really deserves 0 stars. It's horrible, do NOT recommend moving your family into these apartments.

This place is infested with cockroaches. The first day I moved in I spotted one and it only got worse. That it was ultimately led to us moving out. There were also leaks for many days which led to mold. After six months of living there the rent was increased in september 2016. Not to mention they put plenty of upgrades in the rebuilt apartments but didn't bother upgrading others even though rent went up! People were always in our parking spot or blocking. People were growing marijuana and others let their dogs poop all over without cleaning up. We left our apartment in decent condition and didn't get any of our deposit back! They actually sent us a bill!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. The wall in my bathroom developed mushrooms. MUSHROOMS! Growing straight out of the wall. There is also black mold covering the bathroom ceiling, shower, toilet, and window. We keep the window open and the fan on all the time to try to keep it dry. We even brought in a dehumidifier. It had new carpet put in before I moved in and I now know why. The floor in our dining area is sopping wet whenever it rains as if there is a crack in the foundation. Seriously it's a dangerous situation and my health hasn't been the same. Oh not to mention that I watched my next door neighbor get arrested for attempted murder. Just stay away. Other people think the management is ok, but I have had a different experience in the worst way. It's been nothing but problem after problem here which is why I'm leaving after only 9 months in this hell hole.

This place is infested with cockroaches. I've had pest control come to my apartment numerous times and the roaches are still here. Apartments and cars get broken into constantly! And people will hop your wall/fence and steal from your patio.(probably the drug addicts that live in the field next to the apartment. The management sucks but ray the maintenance man seems nice and try to help out as much as he can. I've lived here for less then a year and I've had so many problems. Do Not Move In. It's hard to get air flowing thru because I only have one set of windows ( and it's in the bedroom). The olive trees get the tan carpets filthy!! I would recommend this place Only As A Cruel Joke! And they recently raised the rent!
