LEASE TERMS:

*Parking available on the premises, 2 cars max.
*Complimentary essentials are provided at the beginning of your stay. Guest will be responsible for their own essentials (soap, toilet paper, coffee, laundry detergent, etc.) once the complimentary essentials have been used.
*Cleaning equipment and starter supplies are in the home for you to use.
*For your safety and convenience, there are motion sensored lights around the property and outdoor security cameras recording at all times.
*Self check-in: Smart-lock with your personalized code. This will be provided to you on the day of check-in!
PETS:
Small dogs are allowed, but are considered on a case-by-case basis. All pets have to be approved in advance. If approved there would be a refundable pet deposit and a $20 monthly pet fee per pet. No dogs over 40lbs. 2 pet max. Pets must be house trained and be up to date on shots. Must provide paperwork for service animals.

This is a non-smoking home, please no smoking of any kind inside the home, tobacco, vaping, medical marijuana etc.
NO drugs, illegal or illicit substances of any kind allowed anywhere on the premises.
