I've been living here for nearly a year now. This is a good sized apartment - while I don't have family, I do work from home and this provides an excellent "office" as well as living space. I've only had to call maintenance once, and they showed up immediately and fixed the issue quickly. The only negatives I could think of, since nothing's perfect - some may see them as needing a bit of updating. The stairs were looking a bit worn (bent/rust on the edges,) but they went out and had those replaced already. Clearing snow and everything else has been done quickly. The few times I've had to interact with management have been pleasant. The neighbors are quiet, stores, the library and (if I had kids, again) schools are in easy walking distance. Great place to come home to. (Being on my own, if I could get a break on rent by rejecting one of the parking spaces - one inside, one in a garage - I'd like it, but that's no biggie.)

I have been a tenant here for over a year. My family and I have never had any issues with neighbors, maintenance or management. Anytime something needed to be fixed, within hours or even minutes maintenance has been here to fix it. If I had to make a negative comment it would be that there are no 3 bedrooms here and the units are a little small for our needs. Otherwise, its been a great place to live! Walking distance to shopping, schools, the pool area is neat, clean and never over crowded.

I rented here for one year and that was long enough. The apartment itself was decent, but could use updating. The little things are what really disappointed me. As others have said the staff seemed very blaise about providing any assistance when needed. Yet when they required something from you, they were very pushy and uncooperative. Even minor mantainence issues were a hassle to arrange repairs for. Had numerous issues with insects and infestation that were dealt with by giving us a can of Raid. After four complaints, an exterminater was sent but didn't really fix the problem. Had issuses with washing machine leaking, garage door opener not working, window screens with holes, etc etc. Noise was an issue when the vacant apartment above became occupied. Seemed as though the building was poorly built and insulated because you could hear everything going on above you. Parking is a big issue any time you have guests. You are assigned one spot and one garage spot, but there is no additional guest parking anywhere. They have to park on the streets around the complex. In the end, I wish I would have went somewhere else. The surrounding area has many other options that are comparable in price and seem to be much better.
