We are pet friendly and welcome a maximum of 2 pets per apartment with a weight limit not to exceed 70lbs for the first pet and 100lbs combined for both pets. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00(per pet) is required along with canines paying a monthly pet rent of $25.00 per month. A photo of the pet and updated vaccine records are required. Canines are required to hold a renter's insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $500,000 with the landlord named as the additional insured within the policy. All apartments are on a first come first serve basis and go quickly! This won't last long! Securing an apartment is easy. First, you complete our online application- easily found at www.A1propertiesus.com- then you submit a photo ID and your written income verification. It's just this easy! Applicants must have good credit and meet or exceed the minimum gross monthly income requirement of $3,36250 ($40,350.00 combined annually) please call for additional application qualifications. Security deposit of $1,600.00* is due with your signed 12-month lease and admin fee. *If you have a credit score of 700 or above and meet all additional criteria, you will qualify for a reduced security deposit equal to 1 month's rent. This is a market rent community.
