Winter rental in the Firebird Townhome complex, available November 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026. Just a three-minute walk to the ocean, this beautifully updated two-bedroom, two-and-one-half-bath townhome offers a delightful beach getaway. Enjoy a sunset strolling on the beach with your pet. We allow one dog 30lbs or under. So bring the entire family and make some memories.
The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. all kitchen utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, baking needs, plates and glasses. Seating for four provided at the dining room table. A full-size washer and dryer in a spacious laundry room is included. The living room has comfortable seating and a television. The back patio features a charcoal grill, along with seating. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with a private bath.
This beach getaway is just minutes from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand Mall, golf courses, miniature golf, great shopping, fabulous restaurants, unique shows, the Myrtle Beach International Airport, State Parks, and miles and miles of beautiful beaches. The beach, miniature golf, restaurants and stores are all within walking distance!
For your convenience, this home includes internet, a washer and dryer, and parking for two cars directly in front of the townhome entrance.
The rent is $1,295. per month and includes all utilities. There is a $1,000. security deposit.
Smoking is not permitted in the property.
Pet friendly for one dog under 30lbs with a non-refundable pet fee of $300.
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
A processing fee of $95 is due prior to move-in. Departure cleaning fees and any applicable taxes are additional.
