Best affordable apartments in the North Loop area! I love living in this area lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance and walking trials along the Mississippi river. Linda, the property manager is amazing! She makes sure us residents are taking care of, responding instantly to any questions or issues that may come up. The building clean, quiet and well kept!

Mill City Apartments is the best place I have lived. Linda, the property manager, is always kind and helpful to everyone. The maintenance staff are very skillful, and repairs are completed quickly. The site is very secure and quiet. I really like the hardwood floors and the full-sized washer and dryer in my unit. The best restaurants and parks in the city are all within walking distance.

We have lived here since June 2019 and have only fantastic things to say about the building, the units, and most importantly the staff. The two times we've needed maintenance, they've responded almost immediately and corrected the issues without leaving a mess behind them. Linda in the office not only makes signing and renewing a lease easy and hassle-free, but also takes great care of any packages we have sent to the building until we can pick them up. The location also cannot be beat! It's right in the middle of the North Loop so the shops, bars, restaurants, and everything else is only steps away. We just signed a new lease and are looking forward to the next year living here :)

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
