Our bedrooms are private with keyless entry locks on them. Conveniently located on N 47th St and Hampton Ave with easy access to shopping, restaurants and MCTS Route 11, we have it all! We are NOT a party environment.
Our rent rates include all utilities, Internet, Laundry on-site, 2x monthly professional cleaning of the common spaces, all maintenance including yard care and snow removal, and at or around the beginning of each month we also replenish toilet paper, paper towels, or garbage bags. Our home is fully furnished, and you can even self furnish your room if you agree to stay with us for at least a year.
Must be able to prove solid reliable income and a light background check is required to ensure safety and quality for all of our current housemates. Our rooms are suited for 1 person each.
