The Knickerbocker has a great restaurant on the 1st floor called The Knick with outdoor seating that serves food/cocktails 7-days a week - great for evening meals and brunch on the weekends. There is also a full-service hair salon/spa called The Knick Salon located on the 1st floor - perfect for bridal parties & getting dolled up for a special event.

Our condo association requires Guests to provide an Emergency Contact Person and phone number, which Owner will request from Guests as soon as they confirm their Airbnb reservation.
Parking Your Car
1. There is no parking spot available in the hotel parking lot for guests
2. Street parking is available free of charge for 3-nights in a 30-day period by registering your vehicle with the City of Milwaukee. Instructions for how to register your car are inside unit.
3. Street parking is available for longer terms $20/4-month trimester or $55 per year.
