I moved into these apartments a month ago from out of state and I have nothing but positive things to say about South Junction. Since having moved in I had an issue with my air conditioner as well as needing someone to come in and spray for bugs, and right when I let the office know about that they had someone over that same day if not immediately the next day. They are also extremely good at keeping the residents in the loop of any events that are going on, parking lot issues, and more. Being someone who has never lived in Memphis I was looking all over the place for apartments and with all that South Junction offers, it really is hard to beat. Before making decisions I always try and read a ton of reviews online and ask for other peoples' input, and my immediate interactions with the office staff and promptness on their end was a huge positive sign for me. This location is only a 4-5 minute drive from downtown, the Farmer's Market every Saturday is right around the corner, and it is quiet enough that you hardly ever hear any traffic. There is a train track near by, but not once have I heard a train that has woken me up or disturbed any peace. If you are looking for a safe, adorable, affordable (compared to other places in town), good location apartment, South Junction is one to look at. I am so glad that I made the move here and definitely don't plan on leaving anytime soon!

South Junction is in the perfect location. If you want to rent in the South Main area, this is the place. Despite being right beside the train and Loflin Yard, it's very peaceful. You can walk to the farmers market on Saturday mornings. People are always biking, running, and walking their dogs in the neighborhood. Big river crossing is right around the corner. With the growth in this area, there is always something new to explore. The apartments are relatively new and the granite counter tops are nice. I wouldn't say these are luxury apartments but they are a nice blank canvas that you can easily make feel like home. The normal wear and tear of apartment living is noticeable but maintenance does a good job of taking care of the requests. Crime is a factor when living in Memphis but this area is safe and walkable. I've experience two car break ins but that's always a risk when parking on the street. Just stating the obvious, don't leave valuables in your car and park in the gated area if you're worried. Last but not least, the staff is awesome. It would be hard to find a more helpful and friendly group of people!
