I had a bump or two after moving in, but I can chalk those up to my request for early move-in and the possibly not having ample time to make sure every minute detail was completed. However, the came back and completed the rest for me, so, Im good with it. The office staff is excellent and I M more than pleased with the apartment and all of the amenities that come with living here. This place is vastly superior to my previous residence, which is only three blocks away and shall not be named, as I have talked about them enough.

I moved in from out of town and the trip wasn't easy by a long shot, but the staff and maintenance team at Gayoso and Pembroke made everything not only comfortable but made it feel like home within the same day. Moved to Memphis last year and found Pembroke. Lived in a studio before moving out to a bigger place a little closer to UofM for my fiancee. I loved my apartment, never had any issues with neighbors, maintenance needs, payment deadlines, etc. The staff was always incredibly helpful and welcoming, appliances were well-kept and updated, free wifi was awesome even for me working remotely from home. I looked at several complexes downtown and I really do think that Pembroke was the perfect location. Walking distance to Beale Street, FedEx Forum, tons of good restaurants, Redbirds stadium. Awesome rooftop view overlooking the city and the river. I really have no complaints at all, I loved living here!

This is the place to live! The staff are professional and maintenance of the property is excellent. The recent upgrades to the apartments and common areas are beautiful. The building sits right in the middle of downtown Memphis where you are only a few steps away from restaurants, riverwalk, and trolley stop. Pembroke Square also has a great rooftop to relax, watch the sunset or entertain friends.
