Set in the heart of downtown at the corner of Union Avenue and Main Street, this was the home of the legendary WDIA radio station, a pioneer in American radio history. Icons of Beale Street — B.B. King and Rufus Thomas and Bobby “Blue” Bland — once crossed its thresholds, broadcasting music that put Memphis on the map.

Named to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 and renovated in 2008 by Henry Turley Company, Radio Center Flats offers contemporary one- and two-bedroom apartments in this landmark building.
