We have lived here for 3 years, and Heritage Ridge does do a good job about keep the outside of the property nice, and not bothering their residents a whole lot. But when it comes to needing any service, they are ABSENT. I have never once called the office and had them answer the first time. Every time I have visited during office hours the office is closed. They have shut the water to the building off MULTIPLE times and never once let us know. Our refrigerator went out, and the maintenance man told me that we need to make it last a little longer, as he doesn't want to take it out and down three flights of stairs. Recently our AC also went out, and after calling the emergency hotline 3 times we were told we would have to wait, but they would bring in a window air conditioner. We are still waiting to get our AC fixed.... As stated before, they are good about keeping up outside, and the place is livable. However, if you ever need anything from the staff... good luck, because they are not there.
Edit: Yesterday, 9/15/2016 I had to go into the office for our refund. Let me remind you that we have been moved out since 8/1/2016. I had to reach out to the office manager MULTIPLE time to see where our refund was, and yet every time i called (during office hours) they were not there and I had to leave a message. They did call me back however. The first time was two days after my original call. The second was the same day (much to my surprise). Now, when i went into the office to pick up my refund the office manager politely gave me our check. However, once I was about to leave she told me she wanted to talk to be about a few things... you guessed it, my Google review I wrote above! She feels like I falsely advertised and was not telling the whole story. So google, here is the whole story... They DID "Fix" our refrigerator, and the maintenance man DID say we had to make the crappy fridge last a little bit longer, because he didn't want to carry the new one up three flights of stairs (We never got a new fridge). Our AC DID break, and the office DID tell us we had to wait to get it fixed. However the office manager would like me to tell you that we called on Friday after hours, to their 24hr maintenance emergency hotline and they shouldn't have to look bad because of the situation. Last, but not least, they DID shut off the water multiple times, and did not give us any warning.
Now i'm not usually one to come back an edit a review, but the nasty lecture I got from the office manager who "doesn't know what triggered me to write lies on the internet" wanted me to make things clear... I truly do hope this helps everyone understand what my original post was all about.
