Although I only lived at Evergreen for a short time, I was happy with my apartment and how I was treated by the staff....
Although I only lived at Evergreen for a short time, I was happy with my apartment and how I was treated by the staff. My apartment had been recently renovated before my move in date and was clean and in working condition upon arrival. I loved the location (close proximity to Linear trail entrances, grocery, brewery, etc.) and how quickly I could get to K-State's campus/downtown Manhattan. Obviously the major flood is an unfortunate circumstance (to say the least) for both tenants and the Evergreen staff. Ideally, I would have stayed at Evergreen but complications related to the flood caused me to terminate my lease early. My personal experience was that the staff handled this situation professionally and understood my concerns at a "human level" rather than from just a business perspective. This isn't always easy to come by.
These apartments used to look so cruddy until the new people took over their management! Super nice apartments and nice location right next to Westloop! Quiet too!
New ownership is great! Really working to improve the property and make the necessary fix ups!
