I have lived in this building for almost 3 years now and I absolutely LOVE it. I am not originally from WI and did not know the area at all. I had 2 weeks to find an apartment and was extremely nervous. I found watermark lofts and fell in love instantly and signed my lease the same day I saw it. I have not once thought about moving to another apt in the area. The location is amazing. I work at University Hospital and the drive to work could not be easier. If I want to go to the square it is a 5 min drive with traffic and a $7 uber ride. If I want to go anywhere else around town it is beyond easy to do so because you're already right by the beltline!
The apartments are spacious. If you are able to find the amount of space in the heart of downtown I guarantee you will be paying way more (and that's if you're lucky enough to find that much space). I live on the side that has the road and I never hear the cars unless I have my windows open, so the sound proofing is amazing. Dog friendly which was a huge plus for me. The amenities and two rooftops make this place hard to leave. The staff are beyond kind and willing to help. There is a monthly event for residents and staff and it's a great way to meet your neighbors. I have met some of my closest friends in this building. There are college students, young professionals (myself), and families. Truly a great apartment for anyone!
I cannot say enough nice things about living at Watermark Lofts. Unfortunately I am moving states otherwise I would continue to live here. I have had 0 negative experiences in my almost 3 years here (and I cannot say the same for other places I have lived before).
